I love TNP’s leadership and clear vision of serving its employees and their clients.  Through the required reading list, mentoring program and amenities, it is clear that the leadership is intentional about improving the lives of the employees and serving our clients.

TNP’s culture provides an environment where team work and continuous learning are highly encouraged.  Upon understanding the company mission statement of “Doing the Right Things, Right, it causes us to be ‘others focused’ and creates a unique family atmosphere like no other.

What are you passionate about?

The statement that sums up this question in one simple phrase is, “I love people and learning”.    Sometimes in life we can get “stuck”, whether it’s due to past experiences related to suffering, hardships, negativity, or other life issues.  Gaining the knowledge and resources to change lives for the better, or achieving self-awareness creates freedom worth experiencing.  My purpose and passion is in serving others and sharing my testimony of how liberating it is, to be free of any guilt, shame, or undeserving thoughts that real life struggles can often create.

What do you like best about working with TNP?

I love that TNP invests in each person individually, whether it be through mentoring, books, one on one lunches, etc. I think people thrive best in an environment where they know their leaders care about them and their success as an individual.

How would you describe the culture at TNP?

I would describe TNP’s culture as honest and open to new ideas. We have the freedom to input our ideas without being cut down by our superiors. TNP is all about change and doing the right things right.

What are you passionate about?

I am most passionate about reading the Word of God and sharing my story of what Jesus has done and who He is with whoever wants to listen. It is amazing the freedom Jesus can bring in our lives and the lives of others when we are open about our struggles and don’t act like we have it all together.

What do you like best about working with TNP?

I enjoy working at TNP because it feels more like a big family than anything else.  We all work together as a group to strive for the single goal of “Doing the right things, Right”. Plus who doesn’t enjoy Billiards and Ping Pong during lunch.

How would you describe the culture at TNP?

TNP culture can be described as the pursuit for perfect client service through experience and with the overwhelming support of your colleagues.

What are you passionate about?

Since working at TNP I have become passionate about Subsurface Utility Engineering and how it is not only an engineering service but has an art element as well. I’ve also come to realize how vital the service is to plan development and how underutilized SUE services are as a whole.

What do you like best about working with TNP?

It’s hard to narrow down what I like best about TNP as there are so many great things about our company.  But since the question requires me to pick only one thing, I’d have to say that it is our internal mentorship program.  In the short time that I’ve been at TNP, it has easily been the most impactful part of my growth both professionally and personally.  Coming in a very close second is TNP’s desire to truly serve our clients to the best of our abilities – even to the point of making our commitment to service the highest priority beyond any other business factors.  In my mind, this speaks to the heart of TNP.

How would you describe the culture at TNP?

When I think of the TNP culture I think of a culture of honesty, dedication, clear vision, compassion, and work ethic.  I love our motto of “always tell the truth, regardless of the consequences”, which so powerfully communicates our commitment to honesty.  I believe that our company culture embodies the idea of servant leadership, and that model permeates through our organization.

What are you passionate about?

So what am I passionate about . . . . . well, to cut to the chase . . . . . being the hands and feet of Christ in this world!  Everything else I’m passionate about flows from there – devotion to my wife, raising my kids to be Christ centered, being a servant leader, engineering missions work, and marriage mentoring, to name a few things.  I had the chance to go on a mission trip to Haiti with an engineering missions organization and our project team was tasked with master planning and designing an orphanage that will ultimately house 50-60 orphans.  Being able to use the engineering gifts that God has given me to serve the “least of these” ignited a passion in me like no other!

The best part about working at TNP is the unity and family atmosphere that is fostered by the company.  It is great to work at a company where everybody is on the same team, working towards a common goal, and eager to help one another.

How would you describe the culture at TNP?

The culture at TNP can best be described as “laid back.”  It takes time, focus, and energy to produce high-quality engineering projects.  However, TNP understands the need for a work-life balance and has provided both amenities and flexibility that allow employees to work hard, but also live life.

What are you passionate about?

I am passionate about helping people resolve problems.  Specifically, I enjoy working with communities on projects that serve the citizens and improve their quality of life.
